1. What if I miss a few days if I'm away?
This is on demand content. You can start whenever you wish - and go back to it whenever you wish for 3 months. However, we do recommend you try to maintain the flow of the workshops and workouts for maximum results and momentum!
2. How much time do I need to give to the course each week?
You have two pre recorded workshops a week to watch - both are about 1 hour long. The great thing about this programme, is it's on demand so you can stop and go again at any point. You'll be asked to do two HIIT's a week (20 mins max) and 2 resistance sessions a week (30 mins max)
3. What if I can't do my exercise on the day in the schedule?
You can go back to it at any time - so it fits into your lifestyle. We'll recommend how to design your schedule moving forward - to give you confidence.
4. What if I'm not that fit?
It's for ALL levels. You do not need to have ever done HIIT before or resistance training. High and low versions are given.
5. What equipment do I need?
None. It's all home based and you'll be using your bodyweight or water bottles! If you've got weights that's fine, but it's not necessary.
6. Will I be on a diet plan?
No...not at all. It's time to ditch the yo-yo diets for good! Our programme is designed to educate you - so you build new healthy habits that last a lifetime. You will be taken through a process of understanding how to nourish your body without sacrifices.
7. Will I have the opportunity to ask questions?
The workshops are pre recorded and not live. However, every month during your three months' access, you'll be given the opportunity to jump on a LIVE Q&A coaching session with us - via Zoom.
